Kimberly Rose McNeely
I’ve spent my career helping technology companies figure out how to show up in the market—clearly, credibly, and in a way that actually drives growth.
For more than 20 years, I’ve worked alongside founders and executive teams at moments when marketing really matters: launching a company, repositioning after early traction, fixing stalled growth, or getting ready to raise capital or exit. I’ve seen firsthand how good products struggle without clear positioning and how the right go-to-market foundation can change the trajectory of a business.
Deep marketing experience across a range of technology segments in (not limited to) AI (data science, deep learning, machine learning), building products, cloud and edge computing, compliance, cybersecurity, enterprise software, IoT, and SaaS, and varied marketing expertise in the accounting, AdTech/MarTech, construction, EdTech, FinTech, healthcare, IT, and Maritime sectors. I’ve helped launch companies from scratch, reframe businesses that lost their narrative, and prepare organizations for funding and acquisition. My work has contributed to multiple acquisitions and IPOs, but what I value most is helping teams create clarity and momentum when things feel messy or stuck.
Founders often bring me in when they know marketing should be driving more impact, but they’re not sure where the disconnect is. I focus on simplifying the story, aligning marketing with revenue, and building a scalable foundation, without over-engineering or unnecessary noise. I work closely with sales and product, and I’m comfortable being the marketing voice in board and investor conversations.
At the end of an engagement, my goal is simple: the company has a clear market position, a marketing engine that works, and a path forward that doesn’t depend on me being there forever.
